May 2009, "Different strokes" week 32-34. In art history class we were talking about how painters inspired eachother. I had to talk about Cézanne. He was a big influence for Picasso.
Picasso himself was an influence for Mondriaan. That's how I came with the idea to make a Mondriaan style work from the NYC street on "Different Strokes".
