July 2009, pencil and sanguine pencil. These are sketches I made the past days. For those who want to sketch the human figure but don't have a model nearby...there's a very usefull website called www.posemaniacs.com . You can choose from hundreds of poses from both male and female figures. You can even rotate them to get the view you like the best. Next time I'll try to draw with ink because the photos of pencil drawings seem to be a little blur.

Ik heb gemerkt dat niet alle houdingen echt correct zijn, het zijn immers simulaties. Toch goed om de anatomie van het lichaam beter te leren kennen. Aanvankelijk moest ik denken aan Körper Welten...
